A magnificent late Victorian triple mirror dressing table / Duchess dressing chest, dating to approximately c.1890.
This substantial antique piece is a real statement, combining an impressive bank of mirrors with generous drawer storage. The upper section features a large central mirror framed by two tall arched side mirrors, creating a wonderfully dramatic Victorian silhouette.
Two raised jewellery drawers sit either side of the central mirror, while the substantial chest below provides excellent practical storage. Decorative turned supports, an architectural pediment, shaped timber detailing and ornate brass drop handles complete the design.
The warm polished timber has developed wonderful character and depth, making this an exceptional choice for a period bedroom, dressing room or an eclectic interior where a genuinely distinctive antique is required.
