A wonderful late Victorian pine farmhouse dining table dating from approximately circa 1880, displaying the warmth, character and natural patina that can only develop through generations of use.
The substantial plank top has a beautiful warm honey-toned finish, with an abundance of historic marks, knots, grain variation and signs of previous life. These characteristics give the table a wonderfully authentic farmhouse appearance and make every part of the surface unique.
Raised on four substantial turned pine legs with a simple traditional apron, the table has beautifully balanced proportions and a timeless design that would sit equally well within a traditional country kitchen, period property or contemporary rustic interior.

Condition
This is a genuine antique table dating from the late 19th century and consequently displays considerable character and evidence of its previous life.
The tabletop has historic marks, scratches, knocks, colour variations, old indentations and natural imperfections throughout. These are particularly evident across the top and form an important part of the table’s authentic aged appearance and patina.
