Antique Oak Arts & Crafts Sideboard – Jacobean Revival Country House Cupboard

A superb antique oak sideboard, dating to approximately 1910–1930, with wonderful Arts & Crafts and Jacobean Revival influences.

Beautifully constructed in richly toned oak, this substantial sideboard has an abundance of character, with particularly attractive carved and moulded detailing throughout. The frontage features two drawers above a pair of panelled cupboard doors, complemented by distinctive vertical detailing and traditional dark metal fittings.

The raised gallery back, turned front supports and stretchered base give the piece a wonderfully architectural appearance, while the beautifully figured oak brings warmth and depth to the finish.

Behind the two cupboard doors is generous storage with internal shelving, making this as practical as it is decorative.

A fantastic statement piece for a dining room, kitchen, hallway or living space, particularly suited to country house, farmhouse and traditional interiors.
