A beautiful antique Edwardian mahogany writing desk dating to approximately 1900–1910, combining elegant proportions, practical storage and wonderful period character.

Finished in rich mahogany, the desk features an inset green leather writing surface and an attractive raised gallery with a shaped architectural back. Two small upper drawers flank a useful central open compartment, while two further drawers beneath the writing surface provide additional storage.

Traditional brass handles, square tapered legs and the warm aged mahogany finish complete this handsome piece. An excellent choice for a home office, study, library, bedroom or as an elegant occasional writing table.
