A handsome set of four vintage high-back dining chairs, upholstered in beautifully aged oxblood red leather and standing on dark stained timber legs.

Dating from approximately the late 1990s–2000s, these chairs have a wonderfully substantial country-house appearance. The rich oxblood upholstery has developed an attractive lived-in patina, with natural creasing and variations in tone giving each chair individual character.

The tall upholstered backs feature gently rolled top edges, while the generously padded seats provide comfortable dining. Dark tapered timber legs provide an elegant contrast against the warm red upholstery.

A particularly characterful set that would work beautifully around a farmhouse dining table or within an English country dining room, library or traditional interior.
