Dating from approximately the 1980s–1990s, this impressive chest is constructed from solid pine and has developed an attractive warm honey-toned finish, with natural knots, grain variation and character throughout.

The large hinged lid opens to reveal an exceptionally generous storage compartment, making this a highly practical piece for storing blankets, bedding, linens, toys or other household items.

Traditional dovetailed corner joints, decorative iron carrying handles and an attractive shaped plinth base complete the classic country-inspired design.
