A beautiful early 20th-century mahogany sideboard, dating approximately to 1910–1930, featuring an elegant serpentine frontage and exceptionally attractive figured veneers.

This substantial piece has a wonderfully refined country-house appearance, combining generous storage with beautiful period craftsmanship. The shaped front incorporates three central drawers flanked by two cupboards, with richly figured door and drawer fronts creating a striking decorative effect.

Standing on elegant cabriole legs with carved feet, the sideboard is finished with decorative brass handles, delicate carved detailing and a shaped raised gallery along the back. The rich mahogany tones and beautifully figured grain make this a particularly impressive statement piece.
