This is a particularly elegant and unusual piece, displaying wonderful figured flame mahogany across the drawer fronts with a deep, rich colour and beautifully developed period character.

The chest is surmounted by a distinctive raised dressing gallery incorporating three smaller drawers and two open compartments, providing both decorative interest and useful additional storage.

Below, the generously proportioned chest provides extensive drawer storage, finished with traditional brass drop handles. Elegant tapered legs and brass castors complete the refined late Georgian/early Victorian appearance.
